Pam and her husband Eric are the owners of Worthmore. Pam has worked in the horse industry for over forty years. She has been involved in almost every aspect of the industry including showing, training, and riding instruction. She showed Arabians and coached professionally. She is a Certified Instructor with the Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship International and a Certified Equine Specialist with Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association.

Eric was raised on a dairy and grain farm in New Jersey. He went to Delaware Valley University for Animal Science. Eric has worked as a safety professional in multiple industries, including the petrochemical and insurance industries. When he's not traveling for work, he can often be seen helping out in the barn!

Genna has been working at Worthmore since she was 16, both teaching lessons and working on crew. Her students range in age 3 to 73, and she specializes in teaching children. Genna recently started working at Radcliffe Creek School and enjoys working out and being outdoors!

Scott is one of the hardest working people at Worthmore and he helps out on the farm all the time. He also has Autism Spectrum Disorder. Scott is very musically inclined and plays in the Kent County Community Marching Band! He plays numerous instruments, including tuba, piano, and the baritone. He also loves to sing. His favorite thing to do on the farm is drive the tractor!
